Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

All Luxi Blooms rentals require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to secure your event date and selected items.

The remaining 50% balance will be charged 30 days before the event date. Any applicable additional fees- such as mileage, late-night pickup, or flower transfer fees- may also be added to the final invoice depending on the event details.

If a cancellation is made more than 30 days before the event, the remaining balance will not be charged, but the initial 50% deposit remains non-refundable.

If a cancellation is made within 30 days of the event, the full balance is due and non-refundable, as the date and rental items have already been reserved and removed from availability.

By paying the deposit, the client acknowledges and agrees to this cancellation policy.
